A GE LM2500 gas turbine generator package requires a fully integrated base structure and acoustic enclosure meeting strict GE safety, noise, and structural compliance.

Design the mechanical base-structure and acoustic enclosure to GE specification while maximizing space efficiency and NVH performance.

Created BOQ, assembly, and fabrication drawings in SolidWorks per ASME Y14.5. Designed sheet-metal base and acoustic enclosure with efficient shock mounts. Performed static and dynamic FEA for NVH characterization. Integrated exhaust system with sensor and DAQ provisions.
